Contra

We're incredibly excited over here at Harmonium World HQ today—Vampire Weekend's stellar second album, Contra, just arrived on our doorstep. It sounds amazing on vinyl. Just a joy. 

Bodine is partial to 'Giving Up The Gun'. I'm a big fan of 'California English.' Also, for the life of me I can't seem to get 'Diplomat's Son' out of my head. And let's not forget the amazing energy of 'Cousins'. That track sounds like it's being shot out of a cannon every time the needle hits the record.
